Section 01

Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

baiee (referred to throughout this document as "baiee", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") operates an online betting and casino platform accessible at https://baiee.io. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between baiee and each registered player ("you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses or uses the baiee platform in any capacity.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, depositing funds, accepting any bonus, or placing any bet or wager on the baiee platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Acceptance is deemed to occur at the point of account registration — the earliest moment you submit a registration form on the baiee platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by baiee, including but not limited to: sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and E-Sports), live casino games, slots and RNG (random number generator) games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus programmes operated by baiee from time to time.

baiee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, baiee will provide reasonable notice to affected players via the registered email address on file or via a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Section 02

Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the baiee platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited;
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the baiee platform or any associated exclusion register;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling;
• You are not a current or former employee of baiee or any affiliated entity, nor are you an immediate family member of such an employee;
• You have not previously had a baiee account closed for violation of these Terms & Conditions;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. baiee reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any information provided, including but not limited to a copy of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document, at any time and without providing a reason.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by baiee's compliance team may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and restriction of access to any funds held in the account pending investigation.

One account per person is permitted. Players who are found to hold multiple accounts will have all accounts suspended pending investigation. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided at baiee's discretion.

Section 03

Account Rules & Player Responsibilities

You are solely and exclusively responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or SMS verification codes issued to your registered mobile number. baiee strongly recommends using a unique password that is not shared with any other online service and enabling any additional security features available on your account.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not the action was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact baiee support immediately at [email protected].

Players are responsible for ensuring that the information held on their account remains accurate and up to date. Any change in name, address, email address, or mobile phone number must be updated via the account settings panel or by contacting support. baiee may request re-verification of your identity following any significant change to your account details.

Account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). baiee does not charge account maintenance fees under normal circumstances. However, where an account has been inactive (no login or transaction recorded) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, baiee reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 BDT, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees commence.

Section 04

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All deposits and withdrawals on the baiee platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). baiee does not accept foreign-currency deposits. baiee supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 5 minutes
• Nagad — instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 5 minutes
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — instant deposits; withdrawals within 15 minutes
• Upay — instant deposits; withdrawals within 30 minutes
• Visa / Mastercard — available for deposits; withdrawal availability subject to card issuer policy

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳200,000 BDT, subject to payment method limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player verification tier — full details are available in the Payments section of your account dashboard.

Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method and account used to make the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance requirements. baiee reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, including verification of payment method ownership.

baiee does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (for example, your bKash or Nagad account issuer) may apply their own transaction charges, for which baiee accepts no responsibility.

Section 05

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

baiee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. The availability, value, and terms of any specific promotion are governed by the individual promotional terms published alongside that offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions when accepted.

The following general rules apply to all baiee bonuses unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only;
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment account, unless the specific promotional terms explicitly state otherwise;
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be distinguished from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be transferred to the real-money balance and withdrawn;
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games typically contribute 10%; specific games may contribute 0%. Full contribution tables are published in the Promotions section of the baiee platform;
• baiee reserves the right to withhold, void, or withdraw any bonus at any time if baiee reasonably suspects that the player is attempting to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of low-risk hedging strategies, group play, or any other technique intended to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk;
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 30 days from the date of credit. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.

Section 06

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the baiee platform are subject to the specific betting rules for the relevant sport and market, which are published within the sportsbook section of the platform. Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — is subject to the cricket-specific betting rules available in the platform's help section.

baiee reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit stake amounts on any market or event at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Maximum win limits apply per event and per account — current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or system error during an active bet or game session, baiee will endeavour to settle the affected transaction in the fairest possible way based on available data at the time of the interruption. baiee's decision in such matters is final. Where a fair settlement cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the original stake returned to the player's account.

All casino games on the baiee platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently tested and audited for fairness. Live casino games are operated by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each casino game are those published by the game provider and displayed within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between baiee's published game rules and those displayed within the game interface, the game interface rules shall prevail.

Odds and payouts for sports betting markets may change between the time a bet is viewed and the time it is confirmed. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are final. baiee is not responsible for displaying odds that are under review or have been suspended pending an event update.

Section 07

Prohibited Conduct & Enforcement

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on the baiee platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or identity verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games;
• Colluding with other players, inside parties, or game operators to gain an unfair advantage over baiee or other players;
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or miscalculated odds for financial gain — any winnings generated as a result of a recognised software or pricing error are considered void and are recoverable by baiee;
• Using the baiee platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation;
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transactions through your payment provider in bad faith;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing baiee staff members via any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent any technical, security, or access control measure on the baiee platform.

baiee employs dedicated fraud detection and compliance teams who continuously monitor platform activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, baiee will take immediate action including, but not limited to, account suspension, escalation to relevant law enforcement authorities, and civil legal proceedings to recover any losses suffered by baiee as a result of the conduct.

Section 08

Intellectual Property

All content on the baiee platform — including but not limited to the baiee brand name and logo, website design, software code, game content, text, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of baiee or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the baiee platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the baiee platform without the express prior written consent of baiee.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to baiee regarding the platform or its services may be used by baiee freely and without obligation, attribution, or compensation to you.

Section 09

Privacy & Data Protection

baiee collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at baiee.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and during your use of the platform is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and compliance with legal obligations. baiee does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

baiee uses 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the baiee platform. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from baiee's operational capital to ensure player fund protection.

Section 10

Responsible Gaming

baiee is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, baiee encourages players to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform or to contact support for assistance.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 72-hour cooling period;
• Session Time Limits — set a maximum continuous session duration after which the platform will display a mandatory break notification;
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. No marketing communications will be sent during this period;
• Self-Exclusion — permanently close your account for a minimum period of 12 months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the exclusion period and cannot be reversed by contacting support.

baiee operates a strict minimum age policy of 21+. If you are concerned that a person under the age of 21 is accessing your device or account, please contact support and enable any available parental control features on your device. Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baiee and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the baiee platform, even if baiee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

baiee's total cumulative liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their baiee account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the date the claim arises.

baiee accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or factors outside baiee's reasonable control;
• Errors, delays, or failures in third-party payment processing systems including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay;
• Loss of profits, winnings, or gambling opportunities as a result of platform unavailability;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any content or services provided by third-party game providers accessible via the baiee platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits baiee's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Section 12

Account Termination & Closure

You may close your baiee account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure of your account at your own request, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days.

baiee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation;
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Account dormancy as described in Section 3.

Where an account is closed by baiee due to breach of these Terms & Conditions or suspected fraud, baiee reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are withheld, baiee will provide a written explanation to the email address registered on the account within 14 business days of the closure decision.

Section 13

Amendments to These Terms

baiee reserves the right to amend, update, replace, or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect the fundamental rights or obligations of players — baiee will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account and via a prominent notice displayed on the baiee platform homepage.

Minor amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not change their substantive effect, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law) may be made without advance notice. The current version of the Terms & Conditions, together with the date it was last updated, will always be accessible on the baiee platform.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the baiee platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.

Section 14

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which baiee is licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute between you and baiee, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. baiee's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via Live Chat on the platform and by email at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally through our support team, you may escalate your complaint by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". baiee will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 business days. baiee's decision on formal complaints is final and binding on both parties, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute through the above process.
